If you pay by credit card, our automated fraud prevention system may occasionally decline the transaction to protect against unauthorized use. This is a standard security measure. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

2. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

3. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

Note: After placing your order, please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We may contact you via email if additional address verification is needed.

SHOP SECURELY:
No card information is ever saved at GooBee and it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. We at GooBee take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor. GooBee does NOT keep credit card information on record.

PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION:
All prices listed on the website are in US (USD) dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be based on the original purchase price in USD. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date are not the responsibility of GooBee.

CONSUMPTION TAX:
Depending on your local laws, your order may be subject to sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other consumption taxes. GooBee does not collect these taxes directly. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes imposed by your local tax authority. Please check with your local customs or tax office for details.
