Shipping policy
At GooBee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your e-bikes and accessories arrive as safely and quickly as possible.
Notice: E-Scooters & E-Bikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
1. Shipping Costs & Destinations
● FREE Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all our products. The shipping cost is already included in the listed product price. There are no hidden fees.
● Destinations: We proudly ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
● (Exclusions: We do not currently deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.)
● Taxes: Taxes (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout strictly according to local state laws.
2. Processing & Shipping Times Depending on the item purchased, your order will be shipped from our local US warehouses or our overseas facilities (for select accessories).
Order Processing Time:
● Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and shipped out within 24 hours.
● Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Estimated Transit Time:
● E-Bikes & E-Scooters (In US Stock): 3 - 7 business days (Dispatched from local US warehouses).
● Accessories (From China): 5 - 8 business days (Most accessories are shipped directly from our overseas facilities).
(Note: The above are estimated typical delivery times. Actual delivery may be slightly delayed due to extreme weather, carrier operational limits, or public holidays. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.)
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
● If you have registered an account, you can track your order directly on goobeebike.com.
● Please note: It may take 1-3 days after the order is dispatched for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system.
4. Shipping Changes, Cancellations & Refused Deliveries
● Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge only if the item has not yet been shipped (i.e., before a tracking number is generated).
● Address Changes: Once the item is shipped, any address intercept requests will incur a carrier handling fee.
● Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses a package upon delivery for non-quality reasons, the actual two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages While we are not directly liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@goobeebike.com. We will actively assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and working out a satisfactory resolution.
