T73 Dual Battery Ebike

I'm really enjoy riding my T73 Ebike!!
It has a lot of power or I could just lower the speed and just cruise.
My only problem is that it sounds pretty clunky when I ride over a bump and I believe it's the back shock. I don't feel the bump the seat quite comfortable but it has a rattle to it rolling over a bump
